Job Description

What you will do:

Ensure client engagement throughout all client delivery phases.Conduct software configuration across multiple software suites.Perform analytical tasks to support clients in defect resolution.Offer comprehensive client support throughout the entire project lifecycle (Build, Test, Run).Contribute to a vibrant Community of practice, promoting continuous improvement.Create impactful documentation to underpin processes.Client-centric, taking the lead to ensure the best outcome for our customers.

You'll collaborate with some of the world's largest organizations, helping them respond swiftly to market dynamics and opportunities.

You will report into the Lead Delivery Analyst.

Qualifications

What you will bring:

A degree in computing or equivalent experience.2+ years of experience on similar roles.Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skillsHigh level of EnglishExperience in stakeholder management.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including the latest versions of PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and OutlookFamiliarity with JIRA, Confluence, MS Teams and Service Now.Experience working in an Agile environment in a KANBAN-driven setting.Familiarity with a LINUX-based operating systems.Working knowledge of XML/JSON.Working Knowledge of soap/restful API’s.Prior experience configuring and delivering software solutions.Small scale project management.
