Our work depends on a **Delivery and Integration Manager** joining our team to evolve the IT Service Desk for the Department of Energy, National Nuclear Security Administration. **HOW A WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:** + Manages the development of business process analysis and improvement programs + Collaborates with other functional leaders on strategic planning for business process improvements + Evaluates results of process analysis, audits, and plan implementation to determine organizational efficiency + Analyzes and resolves process quality issues and needs as they relate to the business process performance and adherence to established organizational procedures + Manages customer deliverables and service level requirements **WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:** **Education:** + Masters of Science degree; OR in lieu of degree, an additional 2 years of relevant work experience is required **Required Experience:** + 15+ years of related professional work experience **Required Technical Skills:** + Demonstrated hands-on experience with ServiceNow + Demonstrated experience with SLA/OLA management, Knowledge Management. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
