Our work depends on a Delivery and Integration Manager joining our team to evolve the IT Service Desk for the Department of Energy, National Nuclear Security Administration.

HOW A WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

Manages the development of business process analysis and improvement programsCollaborates with other functional leaders on strategic planning for business process improvementsEvaluates results of process analysis, audits, and plan implementation to determine organizational efficiency Analyzes and resolves process quality issues and needs as they relate to the business process performance and adherence to established organizational proceduresManages customer deliverables and service level requirements


WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Education:

Masters of Science degree; OR in lieu of degree, an additional 2 years of relevant work experience is required


Required Experience:

15+ years of related professional work experience 


Required Technical Skills:

Demonstrated hands-on experience with ServiceNowDemonstrated experience with SLA/OLA management, Knowledge Management. Service Delivery, Continuous Service Improvement, and Problem Management


Security Clearance Level:

U.S. Citizenship RequiredPossess Q or TS level clearance (or their equivalency) with the ability to obtain a Q level clearance within six (6) months of hiringMust be eligible to obtain and maintain such clearance as a condition of employment


Required Skills and Abilities:

Demonstrated experience with Process Capability Analysis, Process Quality Control, Strategic Planning, and Problem SolvingDemonstrated ability managing the development of business process analysis and improvement programsDemonstrated ability evaluating the results of process analysis, audits, and plan implementation to determine organizational efficiency Demonstrated ability analyzing and resolving process quality issues and needs as they relate to the business process performance and adherence to established organizational proceduresDemonstrated ability managing customer deliverables and service level requirements

ITIL/ITIL v4Project Management
