Delivery Coordinator

A&E Pharmacy is seeking a versatile Delivery Coordinator who will spend their time driving the last delivery of the night of pharmaceutical supplies to multiple care centers in Minnesota and the other time will be in the office using a computer to scan items, make delivery labels, and fill totes with medications for delivery. As the central hub for pharmaceutical needs, we dispense medication for residents who live in Cassia communities which provides care to residents in skilled nursing, assisted living, rehab, and hospice facilities.
This is a Full-Time, benefit eligible position working Evenings, Monday through Friday. The shift will start between 4pm - 5pm and the end time will depend on where the deliveries need to go and how many deliveries there are.
Starting Pay: $21 / hour

Job Duties:
+ Pick-up and deliver medications in a timely manner as scheduled.
+ Scan each prescription, use computer to enter addresses and make labels, load delivery totes, upon return from deliveries, scan packaging slip into computer's database.
+ Maintain delivery records and ensure all paperwork is completed and submitted monthly.
+ Perform other duties as assigned including, but not limited to: emptying trash bins, cleaning office and pharmacy areas.
+ Provide a high level of customer service while interacting with healthcare partners at delivery locations.
+ Comply with all security measures and quality standards.
Job Requirements:
+ High School Diploma or equivalent required.
+ Must have valid Minnesota Driver’s License.
+ Frameworks LTC software experience preferred.
+ Ability to maintain professional composure in a fast-paced work environment.
+ Excellent communication skills and customer service skills.
+ Possess a high level of reliability, accuracy, and problem solving abilities.
