Delivery Coordinator Responsibilities:Meet with sales team & F&I Manager every morning to schedule deliveriesVerify paperwork & scan to central billing office (CBO)Check for stipulations and pull documents that need to be signed by customerBe contact person for CBO questions and/or missing documentsFollow up on daily deliveries to make sure they come up in the runAfter delivery, meet with Sales Managers for V-auto, recap, commissions, etc.Return deals to CBOHelp resolve funding delays in timely manner

Qualifications:Strong attention to detail and sense of urgencyExcellent communication skills both written and oralAbility to prioritize workload and manage one’s own time

The expected pay range for this position is $17.28 - $20.00 Hourly.
