Mercedes-Benz of Parmaus part of the Lithia & Driveway family is looking for a Delivery Coordinator/Product Specialist with an affinity for technology and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This position is responsible for delivering comprehensive product information throughout the sales and aftersales processes.

What will you be doing?

Maintain strong knowledge of Mercedes products, services, and processes through on-the-job training to answer customer questions effectively and promote a high-quality the Mercedes image.Address client issues in a timely and effective manner; be available by phone and in the dealership to assist with any technological issues.Keep track of daily deliveries, assist salespeople, and thoroughly explain all the features of vehicles to clients.Assist in ensuring the safe and proper maintenance and use of physical resources such as exterior display and parking, showroom area, display systems, and demonstrator vehicles.Travel to clients’ homes as necessary for at-home deliveries and technology tutorials.Assist in dealer swaps when needed.Perform physical functions accurately and on time by actively listening and carefully following instructions and procedures.
