Job Description We are looking for a skilled individuals to join out team. Responsibilities will include: Assist delivery personnel with map reading and routing, and facilitate out-of-town shipments. Confer with customers and team members to resolve issues, and handle data entry tasks. Report procedural errors, advise on accident protocols, and ensure quality control of same-day deliveries. Communicate with supervisors and team members, providing feedback, and maintain high customer service standards.
