Our client is a renowned company that places a high emphasis on exceptional customer service. They are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Delivery Driver to join their team in Raleigh, NC. This position does not require a Commercial Driver's License (CDL). Responsibilities would include loading & unloading furniture. Maintain delivery records and documentation, including proof of delivery signatures and document discrepancies and damage. Join our client's team and contribute to providing outstanding customer service while ensuring timely and safe furniture delivery!

The Day-to-Day:

Safely and efficiently transport furniture to both residential and commercial customers.Load and unload furniture carefully to prevent any damage during transit.Ensure furniture is securely strapped down inside the vehicle.Operate delivery vehicles, including 26ft trucks and vans, safely.Maintain delivery records and documentation, including proof of delivery signatures.Document any discrepancies and damages.Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding timely and efficient delivery and uphold customer service standards.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent.Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.Previous experience in furniture delivery or a similar delivery driver role.Strong communication and customer service skills.Ability to lift and carefully move heavy furniture safely.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Flexibility to work extended hours as needed.

Pay Rate/Shifts:

$17.50 /hrMonday to Friday7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
