Other duties may be assigned. + Responsible for the delivery of all correspondence relating to Title and Escrow. + The Delivery Specialist is a critical player that works with other team members to build a support line that ensures customer service and satisfaction for TitleOne Corporation. + Provides support to the Team by performing such duties as delivery of loan packages, title commitments, commission checks, listing packages and other related documents. + In smaller operations, this position may also lead to dual positions such as receptionist or customer service. + Responsible for exchanging personal checks to cashier checks at various banks and/or credit unions. + Assist team with various tasks such as purchase of office supplies, refreshments and/or miscellaneous needs. + Administrative/Front Desk backup duties + Maintain and record all repairs, oil changes, tune-ups, car washes that are done to the TitleOne Corporation vehicle on an “as needed” basis.
