Job Title: Delivery Driver
FLSA Status: Hourly
Reports to: Assistant Store Director
Responsible for delivering any catering orders, mail, and product transfers between stores in an effort to satisfy the needs of all of our guests.

Handles all guest delivery requests and internal delivery needsHandles catering deliveries for guestsArriving to the destination in a timely mannerAbility to transport prepared food in company vehicles and maintain overall product quality and presentation at the destinationEnsures excellent guest serviceCompletes all tasks per company safety policies and traffic lawsMaintains professional appearance at all timesAbility to work independently and make sound decisions based on the information providedAssists with maintenance of company vehiclesKeeps company vehicles clean inside and outProper tracking and completion of delivery logsReporting of any vehicle concernsInternal communicationCommunication with Festival Foods associates – checking in with and speaking to correct parties involved in transactionProper tracking of all store maintenance requests and updating the status of requestsFollow up on store maintenance ticket status to ensure completionDisplays a courteous and professional attitude towards all managers, associates, and vendorsRegular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences.Potential additional tasks as assignedQUALIFICATIONS:
Valid Driver’s License and excellent driving recordSuccessful completion of background checkStrong communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word

The Delivery Driver is an hourly position that may be part-time or full-time. The work schedule may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays within the individual’s availabilityBenefits Overview
