Delivery Driver

Summary: 

Responsibility of this role is to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of important documents, contracts, and other materials to clients, lenders, and other parties involved in real estate transactions. The Delivery Driver will be responsible for handling sensitive documents with care, maintaining efficient delivery routes, and ensuring a high level of professionalism in all interactions. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 

Responsible for the delivery of all correspondence relating to Title and Escrow. The Delivery Specialist is a critical player that works with other team members to build a support line that ensures customer service and satisfaction for TitleOne.

Provides support to the Team by performing such duties as delivery of loan packages, title commitments, commission checks, listing packages and other related documents.  In smaller operations, this position may also lead to dual positions such as receptionist or customer service.
 
Responsible for exchanging personal checks to cashier checks at various banks and/or credit unions.
 
Assist team with various tasks such as purchase of office supplies, refreshments and/or miscellaneous needs.

Administrative/Front Desk backup duties
 
Maintain and record all repairs, oil changes, tune-ups, car washes that are done to the TitleOne Corporation vehicle on an “as needed” basis.

Must be 21 years of age or older Clear driving record. Must be able to pass mandatory drug test Complete knowledge and understanding of geographic delivery area. Excellent customer relations and interpersonal relation skills. Excellent organizational skills, detail and deadline oriented, problem solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Computer skills including Windows and Microsoft
