Job Description

This is your opportunity to have a Monday to Friday schedule with WEEKENDS OFF! We are looking for a Delivery Helper for a Building Supply Company. As a Delivery Helper you will be doing a lot of heavy lifting because you will be delivering building materials such as sheetrock, steel, drywall, acoustical ceilings, insulation, etc.

$16.00/HR.Monday to Friday.1st shift from 6am to 4:30-6:00pm. Affordable health insurance you can actually use, including $5 copays, $5 prescriptions and free Telehealth services.

What You'll Do As A Delivery Helper:

Be prepared to unload, protect, move, and stage materials as specified by the customer directive.Be prepared to lift 75-100 lbs frequently.Responsible for maintaining a positive and professional interaction with customers during deliveries. This includes providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.

Work Experience

The Preferred Candidate Might:

Dependable and great work ethic. Strong Customer Service skills. Be prepared to work 40 to 50 hours per week.Basic understanding of building materials. Basic understanding and knowledge of operation of piggy-back trucks, box trucks, and fork trucks.
