Delivery Lead, Retail Hardware
Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Delivery Lead to join one of North Americas largest retail and wellness companies. The ideal candidate will be joining the Retail Tech Hardware team that is responsible for store and guest facing technology. This teams works closely with cross-functional teams and vendors in support of delivering end-to-end projects, while considering the full life cycle of hardware technology. The ideal candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations and support of Project Managers in executing hardware delivery projects from inception through implementation. This role will work collaboratively to support Project Managers, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure hardware projects are executed with best-in-class experience, on time and on budget. The ideal candidate will support to ensure strategic initiatives remain on-track by: Providing guidance and coaching to Project Managers as well as monitoring project progress and quality of key deliverables Leading project intake with requesting teams to capture preliminary scope and high-level requirements. This will inform prioritization in partnership with the Program Manager and relevant leaders before transitioning to team resources Supporting cross-functional and vendor escalations Coordination of app development teams with hardware delivery components of their portfolios Driving process improvement related to hardware delivery activities The ideal candidate will have technology hardware delivery experience with strong skills in developing, maintaining, and overseeing project artifacts, timelines, and budgets The ideal candidate will have technology hardware delivery experience and strong skills in developing, maintaining, and overseeing project artifacts, timelines, and budgets. The additional objectives of this role are as follows: Oversee the execution of hardware projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
