As a Delivery Lead, you will be part of the project management department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Delivery Lead
**Location:** Columbus, OH (Onsite with remote options on Mondays and Thursdays)
**Pay Rate: $65 - $70hr**
**What's the Job?**
+ Lead teams to deliver projects and initiatives across the client's solution portfolio.
+ Define project scope, goals, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with company standards.
+ Communicate delivery expectations and progress to team members and stakeholders.
+ Build custom reports in Jira and analyze metrics to measure team performance.
+ Challenge, coach, and guide the organization using Agile and Lean principles.
**What's Needed?**
+ Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
+ 5+ years of experience in a Project/Program Manager, Scrum Master, Agile Lead, or Delivery Manager role.
+ Proven experience in Agile methodologies with the ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies.
+ Excellent communication skills to represent the team in meetings.
+ Experience in tracking risks, status, and dependencies across organizational boundaries.
