Our client, a leading technology company, is seeking a Delivery Lead to join their team. As a Delivery Lead, you will be part of the Delivery Management team supporting the GHR K-Helix Sunsetting for EMEA Regulatory Reporting project. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be a self-starter, and have strong organizational skills that align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Delivery Lead (Richmond, Chicago, Kennesaw)
**Location:** Richmond, VA or Kennesaw, GA (Hybrid - 3 days Onsite), Chicago, IL (Onsite)
**What's the Job?**
+ Plan, coordinate, and deliver defined deliverables which usually requires engagement from multiple teams such as a project or smaller program
+ Communicate the work objectives, coordinate delivery, manage risks, ensure compliance to standards, and provide end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables
+ Ensure execution and delivery meets the clients expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline, and cost
+ Facilitate sync points across multiple organizations to enable delivery
+ Coordinate and facilitate routines to support delivery -e.g. kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc.
**What's Needed?**
+ Excellent Communication skills, written and verbal, at all levels
+ Ability to interact with business leaders, external vendors and internal technology groups
+ Microsoft Office suite
+ Solid experience of process & release management
+ Can work unsupervised
