Job Description:
This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of project/small program deliverables which requires the engagement of multiple teams. Key responsibilities include communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, facilitating sync points across teams, providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables, and managing program risk and compliance to standards. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.

Position Summary

Program Manager who is comfortable working in a World Class Technology organization and interacting with dynamic executive leadership. This position is responsible for monitoring programs and projects to ensure compliance with change standards. Responsibilities include:

Responsibilities:

Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates, etc.)Manages coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teamsFacilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timelineProvides status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks, issues, and scheduleWorks with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirementsSupports resource planning for delivery and executionEnsures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards

Required Qualifications

7+years of experience in program or project managementExceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizationExperience in coaching project managersWorking knowledge of program/project management within financial servicesOutstanding knowledge of change management principlesLeadership experience .Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$65,800.00 - $155,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
