Introduction

 

We are seeking a Delivery Management Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for management of complex spare part sales orders in line with business line requirements including schedule, budget, and quality. You will communicate within a global team to prioritize tasks and make quick, informed decisions for a positive customer experience. In this position, you will report to the VP, Crusher Spares Operations.

 

This position is mainly located in Brookfield, WI, but we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options.

We work closely with internal stakeholders, such as local customer-oriented professionals, product groups, technical support professionals, and inventory and logistics professionals. Our team culture is open, honest, collaborative, and all about bringing results with the customer in the center.

 

What you’ll do

 

Lead and Coordinate: Oversee and communicate with stakeholders throughout the delivery process for complex orders. Optimize Deliveries: Analyze customer orders, set priorities, and adjust schedules to ensure timely and efficient deliveries. Enhance Customer Experience: Ensure deliveries meet agreed schedules, quality, and cost, maximizing business outcomes and customer satisfaction. Risk Management: Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks throughout the project, troubleshooting delivery issues promptly. Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with all stakeholders, establishing positive relationships and continuously improving services based on feedback. Create Performance: Propose and implement solutions to enhance performance and customer experience through product or process development, tools, and methodologies. Adhere to Standards: Follow lean processes and meet KPI requirements set by the manager.

 

Who you are

 

Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Experienced Professional: Proven experience in project or delivery management, purchasing, or logistics. Tech-Savvy: Good familiarity with IT tools and ERP/integrated systems (preferably SAP). CRM Knowledge: Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce, is beneficial. Technical Skills: Ability to interpret machine and parts drawings is advantageous. Ready to Travel: Valid passport for international travel and a driver's license for local travel. Effective Communicator: Capable of articulating and communicating topics within your expertise to all organizational levels. Customer-Focused: Deep understanding of customer needs and requirements. Performance- Oriented: Significant operational performance, meeting cost and performance KPIs, industry standards, and competitor benchmarks. Highly Motivated: Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Focus: Comfortable working in a multicultural and multilingual team atmosphere. effectively.
