The candidate will be working on a big data team to focus on applying data engineering, data science and machine learning approaches to solve business problems.
As a Delivery Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our data-driven strategies and contributing to the success of our Big Data initiatives at ADC. You will be responsible for driving the cross-functional big data programs and advanced data science solutions to uncover customer, product and operational insights from complex datasets. You will assist with the strategy, design, prioritization, roadmap management and defining and delivery of releases.

Program Management:
Drive both internal and external team members to define and meet our clients' and organization data and analytics requirementsAccountable for the delivery of all products and services for Data Services consistent with planned deliverablesDevelops and maintains project and product roadmapsManages concurrent, high visibility products/projects/services using agile methods in a fast-paced environment that will cross teams and business divisionsCollaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Global Strategic Marketing, Quality, etc. to identify data needs, gather requirements and provide data-driven solutions aligned with business strategyWork on a cross-functional team of data engineering, data science, etc. to deliver big data initiatives and data programsEnablement & Delivery:
Provide training and support to team and business partners to enhance data literacyDefine and implement complex processes to support delivery of big data initiatives and programsSet and measure success criteria for our data servicesMaintains overarching responsibility for executing best practices approaches and methodologies (ex: Agile/Scrum, SAFe) for the support and delivery of solutionsInnovate:
Stay updated with the latest developments in data science and machine learning to continually improve the team’s data service solutionsIdentify opportunities for innovation and propose data-driven solutionsDocumentation:
Maintain comprehensive requirements and design documentation including user stories, use case, data flow diagrams, etc.Ownership over documentation with our Product Lifecyle Management System to ensure seamless and compliant software releasesRequired Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree plus at least 4-6 years of recent experienceIn-depth knowledge of project planning techniques and working knowledge of automated project planning toolsProcess-oriented thinking, focused on continuous improvement and lessons learnedStrong knowledge of data governance principles, data integration, data warehousing and ETL processesFamiliarity with data privacy and security regulations, such as HIPAA and GDPRAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environmentExcellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical information into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholdersComfortable working asynchronously with a distributed teamPreferred Qualifications
Education in, or experience with, data science, AI/ML, data engineering, etc.Experience with data analytic environments and/or data intelligence platforms like Databricks, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industryExperience as a Technical Product OwnerExperience working in an agile environmentThe base pay for this position is $72,700.00 – $145,300.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
