Position Overview: We are looking for a Delivery Manager to join our Services Operations Team. The role of a Delivery Manager is pivotal in ensuring successful project delivery, meeting client expectations, and aligning the team's efforts with organizational goals. Below are the key responsibilities typically associated with this role: 1. Delivery Management + Project Planning : Define project timelines, and resources. + Execution Oversight : Manage the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring quality, budget adherence, and timely completion. + Risk Management : Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success. + Monitoring Progress : Track projects and ensure deliverables align with the schedule and quality standards. 2. Stakeholder Communication + Team Coordination : Communicate project goals, expectations, and updates to the team effectively. + Reporting : Provide regular status reports to stakeholders, including senior management and any other teams. 3. Team Leadership + Resource Allocation : Assign tasks based on team members' skills and project requirements. + Performance Monitoring : Assess team performance, provide feedback, and identify training or support needs. + Conflict Resolution : Address and resolve team conflicts or obstacles to maintain productivity. 4. Change Management + Adaptability : Manage changes in project scope, timelines, or resources effectively. + Communication : Ensure stakeholders are informed about changes and their implications.
