We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the charge in our technology department within the reinsurance division. This leadership role goes beyond a typical Scrum Master, requiring a strategic approach to managing iterative delivery. How you'll make an impact • Lead Agile Transformation: Implement and refine Agile methodologies throughout the technology lifecycle, ensuring continuous improvement and value delivery. • Oversee Multi-Team Delivery: Manage the Agile process for multiple teams, guaranteeing adherence to timelines, quality standards, and industry regulations. • Bridge the Gap & Drive Value: Act as the primary liaison between development teams and stakeholders, fostering open communication and collaboration to ensure clear business value realization. • Orchestrate Deployments: Coordinate and support deployments of critical technology solutions, minimizing risks and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes. • Cultivate Business Readiness: Facilitate business readiness activities, including user training, process documentation, and change management initiatives. • Ensure Compliance & Quality: Oversee internal compliance processes, including risk assessments, data protection, and quality assurance. • Proactive Risk Management: Monitor delivery progress, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues. • Champion Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement within teams, encouraging them to adopt best practices and enhance their work methods. • Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Facilitate relevant Agile events, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other Delivery Managers, project managers, and IT professionals to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
