Location: Remote Duration: 4 months Duties: Provide governance and oversight for data security practices. Perform data scanning and classification to ensure appropriate handling and protection of sensitive data. Implement data protection techniques such as tokenization, masking, truncating, hashing, and key/certificate management. Oversee data loss prevention (DLP) strategies, including inspection, blocking, and alerting on potential security threats. Manage cloud access security broker (CASB) configurations and policies. Monitor database activity to detect unusual patterns or potential security breaches. Skills: Strong knowledge of data security protocols and technologies (tokenization, masking, etc.). Experience with data loss prevention (DLP) tools and strategies. Familiarity with cloud access security brokers (CASBs). Proficiency in database activity monitoring and security. Ability to oversee governance and oversight of data security initiatives. Experience: Proven experience in data security, including governance, oversight, and protection. Experience implementing DLP, data scanning, and classification. Prior exposure to cloud access security brokers (CASB) and database activity monitoring. Education: Relevant degree or certification in Information Security, IT, or related field. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
