**Introduction** We are looking for a Delivery Manager for our Infrastructure business with a strong background in project management and technical coordination. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget. The responsibilities are diverse and include strategic planning, team management, and client relations, all aimed at delivering projects efficiently and effectively by utilizing the appropriate processes and coordination. **Your role and responsibilities** The role encompasses the organization, administration, and supervision of personnel, processes, and technologies necessary to formulate a comprehensive plan that aligns with the client's expectations. Key responsibilities include overseeing the delivery of services to clients, leveraging appropriate processes to ensure consistently high levels of service performance, monitoring employee activities, and evaluating customer feedback to facilitate quality improvement initiatives. Additionally, the role requires the identification and removal of obstacles that may impede the team's ability to deliver products effectively and provide high-quality solutions that address various business requirements. The individual in this position must possess the capacity to address complex issues that demand a considerable degree of diplomacy and is recognized as an authority in their field. They will have substantial discretion in defining and determining tools, processes, priorities, and resources while remaining compliant with overarching business unit directives. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders is essential for fulfilling assigned responsibilities. The individual may participate in new or complex components, methods, or procedures and must articulate and compare alternative approaches effectively. Negotiation with specific objectives alongside the client team is also a requisite of the role. It is expected that the individual will manage professional-level projects with minimal guidance from more seasoned colleagues, provide technical guidance and support to others, and potentially serve as the go-between technical SMEs and sellers. Furthermore, the individual will contribute to the identification of new service opportunities. Accountability extends to projects or programs that involve multi-functional teams at the national or regional level. The activities undertaken are subject to business measurements that affect customer satisfaction and have financial implications at the functional, business unit, or national level. This managerial position is responsible for the overall success of functional programs. The individual must exhibit the ability to analyze complex or novel situations, anticipate potential problems and emerging trends, and assess opportunities, impacts, and risks. They are charged with the development and implementation of effective solutions. **Required technical and professional expertise** Requires 12 years of work experience relevant to the role considered and professional or academic credentials (certification, Bachelor's degree...) OR an advanced degree/professional certification with 8 years of work experience relevant to the role. **Preferred technical and professional experience** Professionals who are recognized leaders within their organization guiding teams toward achieving strategic goals. They leverage extensive knowledge and experience to influence decision-making and drive innovation. This role focuses on leading multi-functional teams, managing significant projects, exploring new technologies, and championing their adoption.
