Your Day-to-Day
The Delivery Partner is a value-obsessed service professional, who builds long term partnership relationships with client stakeholders. This person also orchestrates the methodologies, team structures, and engagement models, to maximize client outcomes and account growth.
To be successful in this role, you must:
Manage the Delivery portfolio of the Business Unit, with ownership over end to end planning, execution and delivery of all projects and programs. Keep portfolio-level visibility of delivery status, risk & issues, performance metrics and financial achievement. Implement initiatives that drive continuous improvement in delivery methodologies, processes, and tools to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction, in consistency with the Wizeline way. Be responsible for portfolio balancing, to ensure a healthy amount of project-based delivery, with Wizeline-governed teams, driven by predictable metrics and empowered for autonomous execution. Accurately plan and forecast revenue growth to achieve revenue, margin, and profit targets. Ensure that the people managers in the Business Unit effectively follow HR processes and best practices, and enable career development opportunities for our Wizeliners, in partnership with Communities. Support the staffing and hiring of outstanding and relevant talent; working hand-in-hand with internal functions to drive the best possible talent management process and candidate experience. Establish the delivery governance in the projects and programs. Be actively involved in the governance of the high priority accounts, (steering committees and account QBRs). Proactively identify opportunities to expand existing client portfolios by introducing new services, solutions, and value propositions (Wize Cores, Wize Pod’s, Studio Offerings). Support the acquisition of new business. Own the rollout of the Wize Studio holistic offering in their Business Unit. Are You a Fit?Sounds awesome, right? Willingness to travel. Exceptional communicator. Fluent English speaker. 5+ years of experience with the role or similar roles Experience working with and leading dispersed cross-functional teams. Knowledge of software development processes in an agile environment. Experience in software development and product management. Experience managing strategic customer relationships. Having a broad knowledge of project and program management methodologies. Understand the wider objectives of the customer, such as business and strategic goals. Ability to work with a wide range of individuals and personalities. Strong leadership and managerial skills with appropriate experience.
