This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2-3 days per week from an HPE office.

What you’ll do:

Responsibilities:

Solution Design and Architecture - Azure, AWS, GCP,vmware and Hyper V

Develop and document cloud architecture solutions that are secure, scalable, and cost-effective. Create detailed design documents and architecture diagrams

Hands on Experience on core administration tasks

Design and simplify complex landing zone architecture

Design Migration Strategies to public cloud

Solution Design and Architecture - Azure, AWS, GCP,vmware and Hyper V

Develop and document cloud architecture solutions that are secure, scalable, and cost-effective. Create detailed design documents and architecture diagrams

Technical Leadership

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams and clients. Advocate for best practices in cloud architecture and infrastructure

Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and trends. Propose and implement continuous improvements to processes and solutions

Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in cloud-based applications and infrastructure. Implement solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs

Ensure cloud solutions adhere to security standards and regulatory compliance. Implement and manage robust security controls

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture, processes, and procedures. Conduct training sessions for team members and clients

Collaborate with sales and business development teams to provide technical expertise during pre-sales engagements. Contribute to proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations. Assist in developing proof of concepts (POCs) and demonstrating cloud solutions to prospective clients.

Handle complaints / escalations coning from internal and external stakeholders and ensure project health is green.

Project Management

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of public cloud  projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, milestones, and deliverables.

Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Strategy and Governance

Define strategy and governance frameworks to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.

Collaboration and Communication

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.

Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Foster a collaborative environment to facilitate knowledge sharing and innovation.

Solution Implementation and Deployment

Oversee the implementation of public solutions, including the development and deployment of landing zones, core administration tasks, migration, etc

Ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and perform well in production environments.

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Troubleshooting and Mentoring the team

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to public cloud solutions

Enable Team Members to deliver repeated and complex project.

What you need to bring:

 Eligibility & Qualification:

Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

Proven experience as a Solutions Architect on Azure / AWS / GCP Public Cloud, with expertise in designing and implementing complex solutions

At least 3 certifications on the preferred certifications list

Typically, 5-8 years of experience in delivering complex public cloud project.

Skills :

Hands-on experience on  Azure / AWS  core and general concepts [Networking, Storage, Compute, PaaS, Security, DNS, AKV, IAM, Azure Policy and Governance]

Expert in handling solution design and execution on AKS/EKS/GKE

Expert in handling design and execution of AWS / GCP / Azure Landing Zones with Terraform, Biceps

Experience with Azure App Service Environment, Azure App Service, Azure API Management, API Policy and Operation, Certificate Management, Azure Application Gateway

Experience in Azure data services (snowflake, Azure data bricks, Azure SQL, Mongo), Messaging Infrastructure (Kafka), Azure Service Bus, Azure event hub

Experience in Cloud Repatriation and Migration strategies to VMWARE, Hyper V and Azure Stack

Experience in Cloud Migration to AWS, Azure and GCP

Experience in handling  and impleenting hub and spoke network architecture across clouds

Experience in enabling Finops and E2CAF solutions
