Position Details

As we continue our transformation and growth journey in the region, we are now looking to appoint a Delivery Services Officer to join our team at our Lyndhurst facility in Dandenong South, Melbourne.

At Lineage, the Delivery Services Officer works efficiently and collaboratively with our customers and operations teams across Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland to manage and resolve customer queries, finding the best solutions for both our customers and the business.

It's a dynamic, fast-paced role requiring outstanding customer service, problem solving and influencing skills.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Responding to customer enquiries via email and telephone in a timely and professional manner

Partnering with the operations team to ensure all customer enquiries are dealt with and resolved in a timely manner

Diagnosing inbound customer service enquiries and resolve where applicable

Conducting enquiries with internal stakeholder prior to escalation any complex customer enquiries to Leader and operations

Producing KPI reports and performing general administration tasks as required

Your experience and skills should ideally include:

Experience in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing, logistics or distribution environment

A good of understanding of a fast-paced logistics/retail operation

Extensive experience in providing high quality and professional service to both internal and external stakeholders, including managing competing customer and internal stakeholder requests

Impressive credentials in developing strong relationships and rapport with customers and internal operations staff

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Time management and organisational skills

IT skills (Microsoft Office, WMS, TMS)
