POSITION PROFILE: Responsible for efficient and quality pick-up, relocation, and delivery of office equipment. Includes installation, networking, and basic device training. Must meet all federal DOT requirements and delivery safety standards.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Safe delivery and pick-up of equipment. Maintain DOT-compliant log books. Pre and post-trip vehicle reviews. Basic installations: setting up IP addresses, downloading print drivers, backing up and uploading customer address books. Participation in safety programs. Customer pre-calls. Achieve productivity levels relative to workload and experience. Maintain professional appearance and excellent customer relations. Provide feedback to service and process teams. Ensure equipment configuration matches provided documentation. Capture electronic customer signatures and process paperwork. Load and unload trucks as needed. Train new drivers on products and proper loading. Follow accident/incident reporting guidelines. Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation. Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, stair climber, pallet jack).

QUALIFICATIONS:

Safe driving record and history. Technical training focused on networking and installation. On-the-job training with field technicians. Eligibility to drive a commercial vehicle (FMCSR regulations). Valid driver's license and medical card. Minimum two years of medium-duty truck driving experience. Pass a road test. High school diploma or equivalent. Commercial driver's license if applicable. Ability to read maps and electronic GPS. Basic computer and technical skills. Overnight stays may be required.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

Ability to handle heavy equipment. Strong customer presentation and communication skills. Familiarity with smart devices. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently. May require certification for warehouse equipment operation.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Physical effort required (lifting up to 100 pounds).

Frequent stooping, bending, squatting, and kneeling.

Exposure to chemical solvents and cleaners.

Work environments: office, warehouse, and van/truck.
