Job Description:
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of experiential sales and marketing programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
Develop and execute strategies to drive customer engagement through innovative and immersive experiences, leveraging your knowledge of experiential sales and marketing best practices.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for program-related inquiries.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, foster growth through strategic partnerships, and expand the reach of our experiential programs.
Utilize your background in PC technology, especially within the gaming sector, to create tailored experiences and solutions that resonate with the target audience.
Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, sales, product development, and operations to ensure successful program execution and performance.
Monitor and report on the performance of experiential programs, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years in a Program Management role with a strong focus on experiential sales and marketing.
A solid understanding of PC technology, particularly within the gaming industry, and its relationship to sales and marketing strategies.
Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
Experience identifying new business opportunities and driving growth through strategic partnerships and market expansion.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple programs simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and reports to internal teams and external stakeholders.
A background or interest in PC gaming, with a deep understanding of the gaming ecosystem, technologies, and trends.
