The Deloitte National Leadership Conference is a multi-day event for college and university students who demonstrate leadership potential, who are motivated to learn and grow, and who want to develop keen insights into what makes a strong leader. What you'll do As a Deloitte National Leadership Conference participant, you'll meet diverse and innovative professionals from Deloitte and participate in hands-on career development workshops and activities. You'll hone your interpersonal, team-building, and negotiations skills in a dynamic and interactive environment and collaborate with students who share similar professional goals and interests. Skills you'll build During the multi-day conference you'll participate in interactive activities where you'll take on the roles of business leaders. You'll learn how to organize and lead a group to effectively face future business challenges throughout your career.
