Work you’ll do
As a Solution Analyst in the Human Capital Organization Transformation practice, you will act as an advisor to clients and assist them with the communications and training material design, development, and delivery necessary to successfully implement and adopt new technologies or business process changes. You will do this by performing the following job responsibilities:

(Professional Growth & Purpose, Respect for our Diverse Culture & Wellbeing, Innovative Delivery Solutions & Methods, Depth and Breadth of Expertise) Support design, development and delivery of training materials and training while executing on the overall project timeline and key milestonesSupport project requirements as documented in the Training Plan/Statement of WorkUtilize a Training Content Style Guide that includes tone of voice, glossary and guidelines to develop training materialsDevelop creative training solutions to meet client goals through use of various Adult Learning Principles and ADDIE framework; rationalize solutions to delivery leads and subject matter expertsUtilize strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills while exercising judgement and managing ambiguityExecute ideas and concepts effectively under pressure with tight deadlinesIncorporate delivery lead and subject matter expert feedback into training materials in a timely fashionSupport vILT and/or Train-the-Trainer deliveryDevelop customized training solutions and draft deliverables utilizing strong skills in problem solving, grammar, punctuation and attention to detailEmploy research and analytical thinking in project workContribute to practice development initiatives including culture building, internal community involvement, eminence, recruiting, whitepapers, etc.The Team
The Organization Transformation practice is about transforming the organization to support its business strategy. This involves helping our clients move from where they are today to where they need to be in the future. It could include changing the organization’s culture, modernizing specific functions, re-designing the organization structure, and will require a combination of change management actions to execute the transformation. To enable our success, it will be critical to use data and insights to inform better ways of working together.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree completed by August 2025 in these or related areas of studyBusiness, Management, Human Resources, Instructional Design, Education, Psychology, Organization Behavior or other related fieldStrong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.0)Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Gilbert, AZ; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodationsExpectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travelMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.Must be able to obtain the required level of security clearance for this roleStrong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel)Preferred:
Familiarity and understanding of business, management, human resources, or instructional design, development and deliveryDemonstrated interest in human capital work through internships, professional organizations, volunteer work, coursework, certifications, conference attendance, etc.Awareness of ADDIE Methodology and Adult Learning PrinciplesFamiliarity with System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and authoring tools (Captivate, Vyond, Articulate, Camtasia, etc.)Demonstrated training material design, development, and delivery experienceComfort with learning new technologiesProject management support and work plan development experienceAbility to maintain integrity and professionalismCreativity, self-confidence, and a demonstrated ability to manage ambiguityStrong listening skills and attention to detailStrong teamwork and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail, time management, and task completion skills
