Hire Resolve’s client is looking for a skilled Delphi Developer to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented developer with a passion for solving complex business problems and working with cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using Delphi 10.2 Tokyo with a focus on InfoPower 3rd party controls from Woll2Woll Software. Design and implement database solutions using MS SQL Server. Utilize Microsoft Azure DevOps and GitHub for version control and project management. Work independently to deliver high-quality software solutions. Analyze and address complex business problems with a keen understanding of business needs. Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Requirements:

Solid experience with Delphi 10.2 Tokyo and InfoPower 3rd party controls from Woll2Woll Software. Proficiency in MS SQL Server. Familiarity with Microsoft Azure DevOps and GitHub. Strong ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly. Business savvy with a demonstrated ability to tackle complex business problems. Experience or familiarity with logistics and supply chain management is a plus. Experience working in an Agile environment is highly desirable.
