Deltek Analyst
Description We are in search of a Deltek Analyst for our operations in Hartford County, Connecticut. This role primarily involves providing technical support related to ERP system functionalities, diagnosing and resolving system issues, and collaborating with end-users for effective solutions. The role also includes system maintenance, user training, and quality assurance for new features or modifications. Responsibilities: • Address user inquiries and provide technical assistance related to Deltek system functionalities. • Identify and solve system issues, ensuring business operations continue smoothly. • Work in collaboration with users to understand their concerns and provide timely solutions. • Investigate reported problems, identify root causes, and implement suitable solutions. • Collaborate with various teams to resolve technical issues and ensure the integrity of ERP data. • Assist in the implementation of enhancements, updates, and patches to the ERP System. • Identify opportunities for system optimization and performance improvement. • Provide training and create documentation for end-users on ERP functionalities and best practices. • Manage incidents, service requests, and system changes within defined service level agreements. • Implement and test new features or modifications to existing modules and participate in testing activities for system upgrades and implementations. • Provide support during ERP-related projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and integrations. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Deltek Analyst or in a similar role. • Proficient in Cloud Technologies, with a focus on AWS Technologies. • Demonstrated experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning. • Solid understanding of Analytics and ability to interpret data. • Proven experience in API Development. • Proficiency in Deltek Vision and Deltek Vantagepoint is mandatory. • Proficient in SQL and Microsoft SSRS. • Ability to perform Basic Troubleshooting and System Configuration. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
