**Role Purpose**
Manage customer demand forecast and work with cross functions to ensure sales target is achieved. Improve commercial process effectiveness.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Be a liaison between Division forecasting team and regional commercial teams for demand analysis and forecast.
+ Provide sales plan at detail level for supply planning on a monthly basis.
+ Work closely with Regional Commercial teams to understand assumptions of customer demand forecast and the latest insights of market dynamics .
+ Communicate demand changes or trends to relevant stakeholders, ensuring all counterparts are informed of significant shifts.
+ Maintain forecasting models and analyze various demand statements to identify patterns, trends and demand fluctuations.
+ Investigate the causes of demand variances and adjust future forecasts to improve accuracy.
+ Support ad-hoc requests and enhance process efficiency by using tools for digitalization.
**Required Education and Experience**
+ Minimum Bachelor's degree in business-related fields, MBA preferred.
+ 2+ years of relevant work experience in Commercial, Finance or SCM function; ideally in a position requiring data analysis.
+ Advanced excel skills to support data analysis and sales forecast management.
+ Attention to details and be able to handle multiple tasks under high pressure environment.
+ Work independently and respond quickly to the requests.
+ Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
+ Strong ownership to assigned role & responsibility.
**Desired Skills**
+ Familiar with Microsoft's tools suite, such as Power BI, Power Platform and Power Query to create dashboard.
+ Cross-function work experience.
+ Capable of understanding data from business insights.

The range for this position is $74,072.00 - $101,849.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position are dependent on hours worked and may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, pension plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, and PTO.
