Job DescriptionDaxko is looking for a Demand Marketing Manager to develop and execute high-impact marketing programs that drive new business opportunities. In this role, you will own demand generation strategies, optimize marketing campaigns, and work cross-functionally to ensure our efforts translate into pipeline growth and revenue. What You’ll Do
Develop a deep understanding of Daxko’s products, brands, and market positioning to drive effective demand generation.Research and refine ideal customer profiles and personas, understanding their pain points and buying criteria.Plan and execute quarterly demand generation campaigns, including events, digital marketing, sales campaigns, SEO, paid media, and email nurtures.Work cross-functionally with content, web, paid media, and events teams to ensure marketing initiatives are executed effectively.Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance, identifying gaps and ensuring alignment with business objectives.Manage budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of marketing investments to maximize return.Implement A/B testing strategies to improve conversion rates and campaign effectiveness.Contribute to the development of tactical goals for the demand marketing team.Review and QA marketing deliverables to ensure brand consistency and high quality.QualificationsWhat You Bring
Expertise in executing email, digital, web, and content marketing best practices.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of SaaS marketing KPIs and benchmarks.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience managing web content, email campaigns, landing pages, and event copy.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.Must-Have Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.2–4 years of relevant experience in demand generation marketing.1–2 years of B2B marketing experience in a demand generation role.Nice-to-Haves:
5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing.Experience in the fitness industry (a plus).Additional InformationThe salary range for this role is $58,000 - $97,000 per year. Where you fall within the pay range is based on how you demonstrate the attributes and competencies required for the role. We mostly reserve the upper half of our compensation bands for internal growth. In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, performance-based incentives, and opportunities for growth.
