This individual will collaborate with multiple partners including Merchandising, Planning, Global Sourcing, Distribution Centers along with our vendor partners. What You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities Manage & adjust the basic replenishment forecast across multiple channels/locations at the item and higher level. Rolling 52-week forecasts. Provide accurate order forecasts for our internal & external partners to minimize excess inventory of fabric, trim and finished goods. Build and maintain weekly inventory forecast for vendor shelf stocks. Own monthly Forecast review meeting with all business partners and key vendors. Fine tune the forecast by utilizing statistical analysis & algorithms to increase accuracy. Identify risks & opportunities within a brand and/or geographic location hierarchy. Partner with the Merchant & Planner to maintain assortment integrity and alignment with the financial OTB requirements. Execute quarterly SKU rationalization reviews. Maintain an equal voice in the product assortment & planning process. Approve basic replenishment purchase orders. Work with Supply Chain team to optimize timing, order flow & inventory levels. Maximize cash flow and inventory turnover. Maintain in-stock rates and minimize lost sales. What You’ll Bring | Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree 8+ years of experience in a planning role preferred Retail Apparel experience with Direct Sourced products a plus Sound analytical, financial, strategic, and problem-solving skills Extremely detail oriented and willing to analyze down to the lowest level Proficiency in Microsoft Office including extremely strong ability in Microsoft Excel Microstrategy reporting ability a plus Blue Yonder EP Planning, & Replenishment proficiency a plus Ability to build partnerships, manage teams, and work closely with a diverse group of people Please note that you do not need to qualify for all requirements to be considered.
