The Demand Planner is responsible for forecasting demand across customers and product lines. The goal of this position is to develop accurate forecasts that enable the business to provide a high service level while minimizing inventory investment. The Demand Planner must have strong communication skills to collaborate with customers, gather information from cross functional peers and report out to executive team. The Demand Planner must be a proactive problem solver and possess strong analytical skills.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business or equivalent. 1-2 years of experience using forecasting systems. Experience in a consumer product environment. Previous experience with ERP systems is required; SAP experience preferred. Strong computer skills with emphasis on the Microsoft Office suite: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and understand large volumes of data. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
