Become apart of our Buying and Planning team as a Demand Planner, where you'll be responsible for driving inventory optimization, sales forecasting, and business growth through strategic planning, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. 

In This Role\nDevelop and maintain demand forecasts at category and item levels, ensuring alignment with business goals\nMonitor and analyze weekly business trends, including actual vs. forecasted sales, inventory levels, sell-through rates, category performance, channel selling, and seasonality, to identify risks and opportunities, and propose actionable strategies for improvement\nImplement markdowns, promotions, and exit strategies to achieve sales and margin targets in partnership with Planning Leadership and Merchants\nCreate pre-season plans for sales, inventory, markdowns/sell-out plans, and productivity in collaboration with Planning Leadership and Merchants\nPrepare weekly and monthly reports on category/sub-category performance, highlighting key trends and variances for review in OTB meetings\nManage purchase orders, receipt flows, and vendor capacity planning in partnership with global teams.\nLead and execute quarterly/seasonal categorical hindsight processes, including fiscal and seasonal reviews, to inform future planning\nSupport Senior Planners in managing their assigned categories by providing data analysis, insights, and operational assistance as needed\nEnsure data integrity and maintain tools for reporting and reforecasting to support decision-making\nPartner with Product Development and Merchandising to support assortment strategies\nParticipate in cross-functional projects to enhance processes and workflows\nParticipate in new system implementations and upgrades, including ERP and demand planning\nOther duties as assigned by Management\nUphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team: \nBe open and honest \nReach for excellence \nAct with responsibility \nValue the whole person \nEnjoy the journey\n\n\nKey KPIs\nBOP and EOP Inventory\nSell-Thru\nInventory Turn\nOpen to Buy (OTB) and Historical Variance\nSKU Productivity \n

The Ideal Person\n3+ years of experience in planning, inventory management, or buying roles; Home Furnishing and/or KIT/Component experience a plus\nBachelor’s Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Merchandising, or related field (or equivalent experience)\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with planning tools or ERP systems is a plus.\nHigh attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy\nStrong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership\n
