Demand Planner

We’re committed to delivering a seamless customer experience, and we need a skilled Demand Planner to help make it happen. Based in Auburn, NSW, this role is pivotal in ensuring we have the right inventory, in the right place, at the right time.

What you’ll do:

\n

Forecast & Optimize: Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify demand trends and ensure optimal stock levels across our national branches and service vans.
Enhance Inventory Efficiency: Minimize excess inventory, reduce obsolescence, and support process improvements in the planning and inventory teams.
Supplier & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with suppliers, negotiate favorable terms, and ensure smooth procurement and delivery processes.
Drive Performance: Monitor key metrics such as parts availability, order fulfillment, and inventory turnover to drive efficiency and service excellence.

What we’re looking for:

3+ years in demand planning, inventory management, or procurement.
Advanced Excel proficiency, strong analytical capabilities, and a customer-centric mindset.
Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies (Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma) and an understanding of trade compliance.
Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
