As a Demand Planner for Spare Parts, you will be part of a multinational team and play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction through efficient planning and procurement strategies. In this role, you will:
Plan and procure spare parts for the Central Warehouse for Spare Parts (CWS) and Local Distribution Centers (LDCs), collaborating with internal and external suppliers;Secure an excellent spare part availability while managing inventory levels effectively;Maintain and optimize master data and planning parameters to ensure an effective Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) in SAP R/3, aligning with future needs and requirements;Monitor key performance indicators such as Service Level, Inventory Level, and Incoming Goods Claims, identifying opportunities for improvement;Proactively address material availability challenges, ensuring timely escalation and resolution;Support product launches and engineering changes by updating master data and coordinating initial stock levels;Partner with local markets to address logistical concerns for Bosch Home Comfort spare parts.QualificationsWhat distinguishes you:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or related fields.
Experience: Proven experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, or procurement, preferably within a global organization.
Know-how:
Proficiency in SAP R/3 or similar ERP systems and familiarity with Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) processes.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional language skills are a plus.
