Diageo has newly established MENA as a standalone market within Europe next to 5 other entities: Northern Europe, Southern Europe, Eastern Europe, GB and Ireland.
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
Diageo MENA Supply is integrated into MENA business structure and responsible for all aspects of supply chain across MENA region including demand and supply planning, 3PL warehouse and logistics management, inventory management, portfolio management, brand change activities and local bottling and production.
As member of Supply Team you will lead Demand and Supply Planning process and supply chain activities across variety of external and internal partners to delivery Best in class service to MENA customers and to drive operational excellence in line with the MENA strategy.
Role would support delivery Cash target by managing the Diageo inventory level and maintaining the minimum possible level of SLOBs. Lead the monthly stock review, with the objective of minimising the write-off of obsolete finished products-
Minimal travel (up to 5 weeks/annually) will be required during other for projects execution, corporate trainings or other business needs.
The role is part of MENA supply team will play a key role in delivering of S&OP process and wider Supply Chain agenda including Demand and Supply planning, OTIF delivery, Customer collaboration activities and portfolio management.
**Main responsibilities**
+ Lead a regular process of forecast development and review with the multifunctional team based on the developed FA&BIAS monthly report. Lead Demand and Supply Planning process and shape current S&OP/ IBP process
+ Lead the APO Demand Planning module implementation and run the statistical demand forecasting in MENA
+ Manage and maintain “Best in class” service level for customers. Build and sustain customer collaboration processes, support with issue resolution and drive overall supply efficiencies to generate value both for Diageo and Distributors.
+ Deliver Cash target by managing the Diageo inventory level and maintaining the minimum possible level of SLOBs. Lead the monthly stock review, with the objective of minimising the write-off of obsolete finished products
+ Manage and maintain the market portfolio, including innovation and new to market SKUs.
**ABOUT YOU**
+ Degree in supply chain, business management, or related fields.
+ 5+ plus years of experience in Planing and Supply chain including 3+ years of experience in managing S&OP process (multi country experience would be an advantage)
+ S&OP / IBP process knowledge & practical experience
+ Good business acumen, understanding of P&L and Cash statements desired
+ Data analytics & calculations excellent capabilities
+ Ability to run diverse teams and lead and influence partners across an organization.
+ Sound knowledge and experience in processes development and digitalization
+ Track record of performance delivery.
+ Excellent written, oral, presentation and communication skills.
+ Highly organised and self-motivated, with an ability to anticipate, effectively prioritise and progress workload.
+ Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal and external customers effectively across various levels of the organization
+ Proven track of records to build strong customer relationships and handle customer expectations.
+ MS Office & Excel expert
+ SAP APO working knowledge is a must. Expirience in SAP , Anaplan, Power BI would be an advantage
+ Fluent English language, French as second language would be an advantage
