You will be supporting the demand planning team in the 0-24-month IBP forecast by brand and at the stock keeping unit (SKU) level. You will be in charge on running reporting to support the team for their daily, weekly and monthly tasks. You will be able to participate in project related tasks and will assist in day-to-day activities. Another important task is managing allocations during critical selling periods.

How you will contribute

You will:

Provide reporting support for the demand planning teamParticipate in project related tasks as they arise.Review masterdata compliance and action changes as per requests.Ownership of allocations set up and upkeepSupport the demand planning team in the demand management cycle of the integrated business planning (IBP) process for your categories and to strategy and structure discussionsWhere needed, liaise with the commercial and operational teams and develop ways to continuously improve communication between the functions to support the delivery of the business KPIs for their familiesSupport forecast compilation processParticipate in the integrated business planning process and manage the demand planning tool
 

What you will bring

Experience in a fast-moving consumer goods or consumer packaged goods environment, preferably in food or other fast moving, dynamic industry where shelf life is a constraintExperience within an IBP/S&OP environmentExcellent problem-solving skills, analytical skills – and able to understand and interpret dataStrong verbal and written communication skillsTeam player who can work with many other functions on a daily basis

This is a 12 month fixed term contract with us.This is a part time role with up to a 30 hours working week.
