Brief Description Barilla Poland is seeking a dynamic and skilled individual to join our team as Demand Planning & Customer Service Manager based in Warsaw. The successful candidate will play a vital role in driving business success by leading our Demand Planning & Customer Service team in Poland. Reporting directly to the Managing Director Poland and functionally to the Demand Planning & Customer Service Senior Manager of Region EEMEA, the individual will be instrumental in ensuring seamless coordination and execution of operations. She/he will lead a dedicated team of two direct reports in accordance with Barilla's corporate model, to ensure proper business execution and support in the market, following the directives of line & functional Managers. Key Accountabilities + Ensure the effective operation of Demand Planning & Customer Service team, guaranteeing proper execution of Order to Invoice flow. + Optimize the daily process so as to secure excellent Customer service, flowless internal & external communication, cost control in Supply Chain and excellency in KPIs, set by the model + Maintain and strengthen Customer relationships, become a strong reference point for Supply Chain in Barilla Poland + Execute Demand Planning process and contribute to business development acting proactively and sharing valuable info from Supply Chain + Guarantee product availability from the network and third parties, report, control stock &and Inventory Adjustments + Work on local/regional/international projects to simplify and optimize procedures + Strive for outstanding Customer management and satisfaction levels + Work closely with other departments such as Marketing, Trade marketing, Sales, Logistics to achieve optimization of all Demand Planning & Customer Service procedures + Maintain exposure and cross communication with the rest of Regional markets and the broader Barilla Network Qualifications + Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or relevant Studies. Master’s degree will be highly appreciated + Minimum of 7 years of experience in demand planning, customer service or related roles within the FMCG industry. + Strong Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals. + Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric mindset + Customer & Business oriented + Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel-advanced) + Very good knowledge of SAP environment, will be considered as an asset + Strong analytical & numerical skills + Ability to work cross functionally with tight timelines + Fluency in Polish and English language Important Information + The role is based in our Warsaw office, Poland.
