**The position** Train the candidate in the tasks, responsibilities, and interactions of a demand planner through their participation and contribution to the Sales & Operations Planning process and their input into the automation of internal processes. **Tasks and responsabilities** + Participate in the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process by managing reports and area indicators. + Prepare presentations and meeting summaries. + Propose improvement opportunities. + Collaborate in the creation of dashboards in PowerBI. + Arhive documentation and draft training materials. + Get involved in product launch and product changes. + Become familiar with the S&OP process, prepare and eventually lead business meetings, and get involved in developing new tools. + The deliverables are: 1. To be able to make an S&OP presentation; 2. Complete Linkedin Learning courses in advanced Excel, Power Apps and Power BI, to provide tools to the team. 3. Document training materials. **Requirements** + Student of Industrial Engineering or Business Administration. + Fluent English. + Knoweledge of Power BI.
