Responsibilities This program consists of paid, intensive hands – on training and focuses on teaching the skills to be successful in the key disciplines of Demand Planning including Inventory Availability, Allocation and Replenishment theory, Inventory flow and Collaboration with cross functional departments. Primary responsibility will be working with Demand Planning Manager and Demand Planning Analyst in a specific Division/Department of business. Utilize Replenishment system to order product from vendors/DC Generate purchase orders for inventory replenishment Develop ad readiness strategy for key promotions Review vendor performance to identify opportunities for lead time, fill rates and safety stock Collaborate with Demand Planning Manager to amend demand plan as needed Identify and resolve out of stocks at store level Identify opportunities for sku segmentation and sku optimization Assist with preparation for monthly OTB meetings. Assist with preparation for key vendor meetings. Assist with preparation for weekly business recaps. Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
