ABOUT THE JOB
The Demand Planning Manager directs the flow of materials for liquid products production to ensure that raw materials and finished products meet company and customer objectives.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Schedule production for liquid products to ensure an uninterrupted supply of specification products for domestic and international customers and to maximize efficient operations and production. (60%)Manage and coordinate the flow of raw materials, finished goods, and waste through the facility, working with warehouse, production, and purchasing staff, to meet customer requirements at minimum cost. (15%)Manage assigned staff, including selecting employees, assigning work, providing training and development, evaluating performance, and motivating an effective team to meet organizational objectives for diversity, performance, and productivity. (15%)Audit operational procedures and programs related to receiving, shipping, warehousing, purchasing, materials handling, and inventory control to identify areas for continuous improvement. (5%)Communicate with customers and GSF Customer Service function regarding special orders and product requirements to ensure efficient production. (5%)Perform other related and assigned duties as necessary.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education and experience equivalent to:
Education/Certification:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration from an accredited college or university
Experience:
7+ years of relevant work experience
