Demand S&OP Senior Planner
REPORTS TO:
Demand Planning Leader
LOCATION:
Barcelona Hub
Purpose
Manages the overall forecast (units and value) for their portfolio (BU/Division/Brand) within the demand system.
Ensures all data inputs are correctly captured to build a reasonable demand forecast for their portfolio.
Maintains the health of the forecast metrics and works to continually improve through the monthly review process and creating a plan.
Acts as the hub SPOC for all demand related issues/questions on their portfolio.
Ensures all initiatives are reflected correctly in the forecast.

Cuts due to forecasting.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure data drivers are flowing to the models correctly to build the forecast. Follows up with relevant owners where there are gaps.
Run segmentation analysis for the portfolio.
Monitor Forecasting Performance and review with Data Scientist to improve models for better performance.
Collaborate on the Initiative Mgt process to build best knowledge into the forecast including Giftsets, Limited Editions and Non Saleable volumes.
Monitors incremental volumes request status to ensure being closed timely and flowing to forecast correctly.
Manage Weekly Demand Control process.
Monitor Forecasting Performance and review with Data Scientist to improve models for better performance.
Attends the weekly BU Hub Connect to review demand changes / performance / new information.
