The Opportunity:

As the Global Business Process Specialist for Demand2Pay, you are part of the Global Business Process Management organization. In this role, you will be driving continuous global harmonization, standardization and automation projects within the different process areas like upstream procurement, requisition to receipt, accounts payables including master data and reporting functionalities as well as the global deployment of our solution portfolio. You will work in close collaboration with stakeholders from Finance, Procurement & IT, both divisionally & cross divisionally.

We are looking for a person with strong influencing skills and ability to work in complex global networks with international teams and stakeholder communities, with an Agile mindset (speed, stability, flexibility) that works according to and brings in the agile mindset concept in daily operations (e.g. SCRUM, LEAN, Kaizen), and excellent analytical and problem solving skills; experience in identifying and leading change initiatives and proven track record of effective decision making.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Drive implementation of the E2E BPM strategy.

Responsible for global, cross divisional state-of-the-art process design within a focus on deployments to our Roche sites in North America

Act as a Business Process Specialist for direct downstream related processes in the cross-divisional SAP S4HANA project (mainly SAP MM module, MDG-BP, S4 Analytics)

Actively drive and support the project deployment relevant deliverables around requirement gathering (Fit2Template), testing, training, migration and hypercare phases

Collaborate with E2E GBPMs, GBPS, and Roche operations to ensure fit-for-purpose solutions and drive process improvements.

Act as an empowered decision-maker across divisions, aligned with E2E BPM guardrails, while enhancing the customer experience.

Monitor and optimize business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Who you are:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Informatics, Engineering or a comparable education

5 years professional experience in a related; OR 3 years with a Master’s degree

Business fluency in English

Willingness to travel internationally up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications:

In-depth understanding of procurement-related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Proven international experience leading global projects, particularly transformational initiatives, and managing cross-functional teams.

Strong E2E business process area understanding and deep process knowledge as well as technical expertise for direct procurement (SAP MM, SAP MDG-BP)

Good E2E knowledge on the important interfaces to other stakeholders such as VMI, CMO, Supply Chain, Transportation Management, Warehousing, Commercials, etc.

Knowledge in related master data objects such as vendor, material and others (SAP MM, SAP MDG-M, SAP MDG-S/BP, GEP NEXXE)

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indianapolis, IN is between $78,400 and $145,600.  Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.  A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.  This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
