We are looking for full time or part time representatives to establish a local face with our local brand. A Demo Specialist generates excitement, brand awareness, and increases product sales through sampling and demonstrations at our retail partners, farmers markets, and other events. Job Responsibilities Engage with Produce Team to nurture relationships and increase awareness Engage with consumers and communicate our brand value, educate others about our products and company, and help us increase product sales Sample our products with consumers Set up a general demonstration area focus on high traffic areas near the product Clean equipment and demo workstation after event Job Requirements Must have a basic knowledge of nutritional concerns Must be familiar with our products, their ingredients, and their origins Advanced communication and sales skills Punctual and reliable Friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic Reliable transportation Capability to do light physical work, such as carrying and setting up demo table The ability to stand for a minimum of four hours Responsible in prompt reporting of results to management
