Western Dental Services Inc. is looking for a full-time Dental Consultant to join our Qualtity Management Team! Our Dental Consultants perform clinical chart reviews, provide mentoring to our dentists, and much more!

Responsibilities Reviews dental charts for potential quality issues.Reviews referral, pre-authorizations, and claims requests for appropriate approval or denial of benefits.Review of patient/member grievances and assistance with preparing resolutions.Participates in committees and activities related to credentialing, peer review, quality improvement, utilization review and others, as needed.Provides clinical mentoring to company-employed and contracted dentists. Qualifications A minimum of 5 years clinical experience.Must have and continuously maintain an active, unencumbered California Dental License.CADP Certified Auditor (can be earned upon being hired).Dedication to excellent service.Ability to work in a regulatory environment with very strict timeliness and accruacy requirements.Ability to work ina fast paced, professional environment.Ability to meet required deadlines.Excellent verbal and written communication.Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
