Greet patients and check them in and out, before and after treatment.Schedule and confirm patient appointments.Verify insurance for all clinical appointments.Collect all monies due for services rendered.Educate patient families on treatment plans.Understand and submit insurance claims.Conduct financial arrangements with patients regarding treatment plans. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required.A minimum of two years of front office experience preferably in a dental setting.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.Knowledge of dental software strongly preferred.
