Location: Sealy, TXSchedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Verify insurance informationCheck claim statusesAnswer phone calls and assist patientsSchedule and manage appointmentsFollow up with re-care patientsWork on reactivation reports to reconnect with past patientsBalance end-of-day financialsHelp maintain a full appointment schedule

Salary Range: $14 to $16 per hour plus daily bonuses

Requirements Minimum of 1-year experience in a dental front office settingKnowledge of dental insurance and verification processesStrong multitasking abilitiesHigh energy and a positive attitudeProfessional appearanceDetail-oriented, reliable, and punctualDedication to exceptional customer serviceComfortable in a fast-paced environmentPleasant phone demeanorStrong technical skills; experience with Denticon software is a plus!
